Community Outreach

At Palmetto Community Church, we believe in the power of community, and it is one of our core missions to connect with those in our surrounding area.

By connecting with our fellow neighbors, we can make a difference in people’s everyday lives that will foster more community involvement, better public servants, and create opportunities to share the Word of God.

January 2026

It’s official! Thanks to all of you our donations this year for the Baby Bottle Ministry exceeded last year by $320.50. (See below for 2025) Protecting the Sanctity of Human life is very important in God’s eyes and our own. Thank you again for caring so much about a cause that is near and dear to our hearts.

We know that the Low Country Pregnancy Center really appreciates all the help they can get.

We exceeded Last Years Donation for the Baby Bottle Ministry!

Thank you all so much! Without you these ministries would not be possible.

A Message from Kristen

It was a huge blessing dropping off the OCC boxes this morning (November 18th, 2025) at Charleston Baptist. Our church contributed 83 boxes! I would like to thank everyone that helped make this possible. From all the prayers and donations- we are helping reach many children to share the love of Jesus! Keep praying over this mission and we will continue OCC next year!

Thank again and God Bless,
Kristen Martin

For the Month of July 2025, PCC’s Women’s Ministry collected items for the Low Country Orphan Relief. The Photos below show what an amazing ministry this is and how much PCC collected for this wonderful outreach. The items were delivered to LOR and volunteers helped sort and store the items. Special Thanks to Kristin Martin and Kate Capps. Thank you to everyone who helped or donated.

In January, we kicked off the New Year 2025 with a Baby Bottle Ministry for the Low Country Pregnancy Center

During the month of January, we took up donations for the baby bottle ministry. People who chose to donate took an empty baby bottle home and over the next few weeks filled it with coins, cash and checks. At the end of the month, they were returned and put back into the Playpen. Pastor Paul then prayed over this ministry and every baby whose life it may help to save. We collected a total of $930.77. Our First Lady Traci Zerbst took the donations to the Low Country Pregnancy Center. This is a cause we feel strongly about and really appreciate everyone who donated.
